What in the world….

It’s picking up. The writing at first was a little fast paced and broken but it’s getting good

This book started off confusing and slow. Almost halfway through and I am in it. I want to know what, how, why and what’s wrong with her? I’m intrigued.

So good! Odessa is a curious, strong, and feisty Sparrow. I can’t believe it’s taking me this long to start reading this book. Monsters, prince and princesses and a world no one can seem to map out. It keeps you guessing. I’m positive this book is going to end on a cliff hanger to keep me wanting more for the next book coming out April 2026

It’s fascinating. To learn about Iraq and families who left, why. Why they wouldn’t return. How dire Iraq has been over the years

Really Rebecca? The first 10% of the book you had me bawling. This is the biggest emotional roller coaster I’ve been one since The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. My BFF is reading it also and we can’t get enough and we can’t stop texting each other from East to West coast about how much we love this book

Reading this for a book club. I judged a book by its cover and was thinking of skipping it. Boy was I wrong. Laura had me hooked in the first chapter. Heartbreaking at times.

Wow, brilliant. Just a brilliant ending. I listened to the audio and it took everything in me to not finish it and just get the book. The voices were terrible. However, they grew on me and it was another amazing book by Jeneva Rose!
