on pg:68 there was this kid called loony and the police took him to a probation camp and was sentenced to a mere 6 mouths. they put him on probation for not going to school and writing on walls.

i used to write on walls and the school caught me and i had to beg them to not call the police in 5th grade

when his bakery was burnt to the ground a guy asked him the if he had an enemy and if he knows where he built the bakery is filled with hoodlums but he obviously he does. and his coworker was ready to work but he saw the building burnt down and that bakery was keeping him from gang banging and was a dad but they killed him. i feel bad that his friend died

on page 11 they started the homeboy bakery but then he gets a call one day early in the morning that the bakery has been burned down. he goes to see it and some women from across the street goes to hug him and she is crying and she says "don't worry G".
I think the book is starting to get more interesting.
