But the hard cover book I'm reading has 619 pages including references and index. The main text ends on page 561. So exactly 400 but pages to go. It reads easily, chapters are short and well shaped and the analysis is solid and has largely survived as relevant and pertinent despite over 50 years having passed since it was published

I'm loving this - it's an outstanding book andthe writing is much better than his seminal and groundbreaking Volkskapitalisme which was a bit dense with jargon. Gotta push thro to finish by Sunday night as a 3 day loan from wits library.

Wendy is reading I Thought It Was Just Me: Women Reclaiming Power and Courage in a Culture of Shame
Listening to the audio. Just finished the intro and starting first chapter. Having listened to an interview, read an article of hers on feedback, explored her website a bit, I feel she is a breakthrough voice for insight, resilience and compassion.
