He's destroyed all of his tension by bringing back too many people who were supposedly killed. No tension when characters you like 'die,' and no satisfaction or closure when ones you hate do, because you simply figure they'll come back again. And again, by changing between POVs too frequently, the author doesn't let the story build.
Still love the series, though.
