That's just the first line, and everything that's followed so far has teetered
equally between gut wrenching and bittersweet.

I was very skeptical about this book when I first heard of it, even after watching the netflix special on it I thought it felt a little too full of mysticism. After a second watch I gave their advice a try. Maybe it's not all bs considering you do start to actively go after what you want and focusing on positive things instead of the negative. It's not just wishing for something and poof it appears.

Not sure why I thought this was a different kind of short story book instead of what feels like sneak peeks at other stories, BUT I did enjoy the chapter from the Sookie Stackhouse series. A lot more than I thought I would because it was hilarious. Never thought I'd read a story about having to do stripper try outs to hide from cops after beating up vampires, but here we are.

you need to have a journal while reading it for the questions you answer and have to reference back to. Not a light read, definitely an interactive time consuming book. But then again if you're reading it to actually 'unstuff your life' its probably a good thing it's so detailed and instructive. Not entirely sure i'll have time to finish reading it anytime soon

love the internal dialogue so far. The amount of time he spends out past midnight at the radio station when his parents try to have him on such a short leash sort of throws me a little when reading the parent interactions.
