I’m not sure if I can finish this book for two reasons:
1) why is Michael getting back with the women who cheated on him?????? That’s not even Biblical
2) what the HELL is all this cotton picking talk??? The only characters who were described as dark skinned and Indigenous (likely to be Nubian) are cotton picking. Like there is no universe where that is okay to do 🤦🏻‍♀️

Going to address the recent plot developments that I haven’t been enjoying later but for now the spelling/grammar is driving me up the wall. Why is there inconsistent spellings of ‘ful’ (imo that’s the best way to spell it because it doesn’t spell English words such as ‘foul’ and ‘fool’ BOTH of which were used in this book 💀). And dessert was also misspelled as ‘desert’ 🤦🏻‍♀️

Unnecessary to have Michael get back with his cheating wife in the name of ‘forgiveness’ when divorce is permitted in the Coptic Orthodox church in the case of infidelity 🙄
