Current ARC read and these personality types are not my favorite. A somewhat awkward lawyer with diagnosed OCD and a hippy party planner with a penchant for bright colors and swinger parents. If this author can make me like this book I will read their whole backlog because it will be miraculous.

This is one of the worst MMCs I've ever read. I've never prayed more for the FMC to somehow become smart enough to really move on. And this is from a dark romance reader. These contemporary men are just too damn realistic.

Hearing Talon say he would sacrifice his wife and son for his daughter is rough man. I felt bad for Hawk in the last 2 books because the favoritism was so obvious but hearing him say it is something else. I really hope Hawk gets a great purpose and a story of his own because wow.

You encounter a monster in the forest that gives you PTSD, then your friend sees one too, but a few hours later you make a date in said forest without questioning any dangers. What could possibly go wrong? Why are characters written like this? 😭

Not gonna lie, the FMC having a closely bonded twin that she would burn the world for creates high emotional stakes that has me nervous af! Epic play by these authors! I'm invested! Protect Thatcher at all costs!
