I can't lie this started off a little slow for my liking, but now the pace is picking up a little and I can't help smiling down at these written words.

Is it wrong that I just want them to peacefully open this shop and live a cozy little life we get to view for a while with no trials or tribulations?

Still forced and too fast paced with little development to any of the characters... Having to struggle through this one unfortunately.
The only part of this whole story I am invested in, is the desire for someone to repeatedly punch Jason in the face.

I'm struggling to stay in this book. For such a cool cover and I enjoyed the concept of a mother of two having a raunchy romance... But this book just does not deliver. Its... So fast and undeveloped

I understand the purpose of it, but I hate this part of a book series where the main characters are inevitably separated. I an a sucker for the pining though.

I think I've figured out who Day is? Shit....

Trying to really savour this and not rush through it. Who knows how long we'll have to wait till book 3, and I'm sure there's a cliffhanger waiting at the end for me.

I am so thoroughly enthralled with this book! I am really trying to take my time and enjoy it, in all its humorous and wise glory.
Although I can't seem to read it without getting a dram of whisky....or craving porridge...
