I will start by saying that when this is made in to a films 🎥 I hope they film it in the real Lakeport, Idaho (McCall,Idaho) I also will gladly volunteer to be a librarian. I really do want it to be a movie.

So, my view on this book is super weird. My friend Laura said it was difficult to read at times because he used real names and places. She is a far better reader than I. It is so hard!!!

I fell in love with Ian Buchanan is Virgin River Christmas. He is so rugged and handsome. I think he is the sexiest character in the Virgin River series so far. He is briefly discussed in the book. I keep hoping Robyn Carr will bring him back in to this series.
I am reading these Christmas 🎄 books out of chronological sequence in the series because I love ❤️ a good holiday book.

“Just like I am no longer a girl.
I am a Middle Eastern girl.
A Syrian girl.
A Muslim girl.

Americans live labels.”

Why is that? Why are we label consumed?

His love for books đź“– totally resonates with me. Including the part in which his mother did not allow Narnia because she argued that it was ungodly. My mother did not allow us to read Narnia because me of Witch craft. :( Now they are my favorite. I love that he lists Roald Dahl and C.S. Lewis. :)

I am not finished but I love the story line. I have worked in the bridal industry and am completely fascinated by fabrics and the artistry involved in wedding gowns. The vivid imagery that is created is outstanding. You truly feel like you are there.

I love chronicles of Narnia. I am reading them again during the epic snowfall simply because I feel like we are in Narnia.

I am enjoying this book. We are reading it aloud as a family read and I strongly recommend it over the Christmas Holiday. It’s very magical and is a great child mystery book. I am excited to finish it. We are all placing guesses as to what will happen in the end.
