This book has been in my TBR pile for awhile and every week or so I pick it up, read a few pages and put it back down again. So far, I haven't found it the least bit compelling. The main character is a jerk and the whole situation is ridiculous. I haven't just given up because I did say I would read it.

Last night, it finally got interesting. Hopefully, the rest of it will go much more smoothly.

I admit, I lost interest in this book for a bit. It had nothing to do with what I had read so far. It was because of a review. And the triggers in the review had nothing to do with the book. Someone felt the need to blabber on about politics in their book review. I'm back to reading it. :-)

"Mr Peanut" is not who I thought it would be -- a bit of a surprising twist. And . . . this book is weird, but still liking it.

I guess I must have fallen into the Instant Gratification trap. I'm still enjoying listening to this book, but sometimes my brain wanders off as it seems every.single.thing that happens seems to take forever to . . . happen!

Just started this one, and I'm liking it a lot so far!

I'm listening to the audio book and have about two of a total of eight hours to go -- and I'm getting bored with it! This is one of those books that must be finished -- DNF is not an option -- but I'm shocked that I'm having to make myself listen to it. :-(
