Finished the "main story", as in the original book, and it was very emotional. Now comes the...I don't know? Sequel? The second tale. But it's only half as long, I figure this one will not take long to read.

and thus I have completed The Farthest Shore. I will now take a break from this book for a bit!

Started book 3 now!

Tombs of Atuan finished!

A Wizard of Earthsea has been completed. It's a very good book and deserves to be a classic, and frankly, if you write fantasy, I think you should read it. It's both great in itself and sets an amazing foundation for the genre, with some essential lessons in fantasy writing that some modern authors seem to have forgotten. Really looking forward to reading the rest of the series now!

Volume 1 done. That was bad. Like really bad. You won't see me continuing this anytime soon.

Now we're getting somewhere

I switched to the correct edition now, but this is still War of the Witches. Somehow this is sorted incorrectly as volume 1, it's actually the full series.

Anyway, this is not particularly good so far.

Well, the thirteenth voyage has some...parallels for sure.

Considering dropping this one. It started out pretty good, but the info dumps just keep coming and the story and characters are yet to get interesting.
