Now I am into this

Honestly, I am not particularly into this collection. There has been a few stories, like the first, Sargasso, and the one by the author who was a fan of Edgar Allan Poe. But for the most part, I am not into this. From the Depths, the most recent story, was so much better it felt like a breath of fresh air in comparison.

I'll be honest, I am not really into this as a collection. There are a few stories I liked, and only one that I really loved. But so far it is just very meh.

Loved The Apple Tree so so much

That (Rapids and Pools) was a good selection of poems

Also fully prepared to become an Alina stan. Purely because I hate what the show took away from her. I miss grumpy Alina who didn't want to be in this narrative.

Am I currently rereading this because I heard of the cancellation? Yes. Yes I am

I've read a few of the books on the goodreads awards. Most I disliked, and the few I didn't I don't think should win. This does not bode well.

At least they added in a fantasy romance section, which means other fantasy books stands a chance.

This is reminding of evil roots all of a sudden. I love it

To be honest, I am not really into this. This is a favourite of mine that I first read before the pandemic, and one I haven't reread since. Maybe I am not in the mood for this particular book. Maybe it just doesn't hold up on rereads. I don't know. Unless the last 100 pages is amazing, I am most likely going to lower my rating.

Morgenstern should write a collection of short stories and micro stories.
