Got this book b/c it's the UMD First Years' Book.
W/r/t how this book is an approachable overview of Climate Crisis topics, I'll use the same phrase that appears in almost every essay in some way:

It's good, and a step in the right direction, but needs to be better.

Dan Carlin is great but he’s a better podcaster than writer.

Hard to read, but you could get into a rhythm.

Subverts expectations.

It tries a little too hard to poke fun at the alternate history perspectives, but I’m enjoying it.
