Just got to the part where Ivan finally gets the courage to tell his older brother Peter about the woman he’s seeing and he confesses that the woman is 36 (and Ivan is 22) and Peter says “I’m not trying to be disparaging, but do you think a normal woman if her age would want to hang around with someone in your situation?” And Ivan is shocked at the utterly unsupportive response…heartbreaking ☹️
