I am struggling to finish this read. If you have a keen interest in botany it is for you. I am not sure I will finish it.

This is a wonderful read. It transports you back to the 1700's and what it is like to have been a "professional" woman at a time when women were considered property. This story develops the characters with rich description. The relationships are deep and warm as well as volatile. The bravery exhibited by the main character is immeasurable. The mystery of the murder keeps you engaged. So far I love it!

This is an interesting disturbing read. Well written, really a cautionary tale for women to not hike a lone or even in pairs. The investigation is interesting and disturbing. Don't read if you are planning a backpacking trip in a National Park

So far I am having a difficult time getting into this read. I want to love it so much, but it is a bit too botanical for me, I will plug along and see

An interesting history of Afghanistan intertwined with the life of Pat Tilman. Jon Krakauer does a great job as usual.

Kristin Hannah does not disappoint as usual. This is an engaging read that draws you into the life of 3 sisters. What keeps them together and what tears them apart. So far enjoying every minute.

This is a well written account of the Bad Newz Kennels on Michael Vicks home property. It is a tragic difficult read, but gives you a glimpse into the dark world of dog fighting. The horror of it all a difficult sad read, but the public's eyes need to be opened to this horrible underworld.
