This is a terrible book. I tried to finish, but there’s not much plot and very little character development. I physically rolled my eyes several times before I had to just quit.

A little slow to start. Now it's getting good. I like that you get different perspectives as you enter the heads of various characters.

Currently on tale #2. So far so good, but I wish this book came with family trees and maps.

I just finished Sharp Objects: A Novel. Disturbing. It I couldn't put it down.

I just finished Garden Spells.

I just finished Uprooted and gave it 5 stars.

About 1/3 of the way through. It's taking me longer because she the story reverts to minute technical details of the space station, I lose interest. So far, the thing that's predicted to happen hasn't. The main characters are preparing for the thing. I'm trying to keep with it because I'm certain it will get better. Keeping fingers crossed.

Holy cow, I know this is a story about a dystopian future, but this is bleak even for me. I think I need to take a break and read something happy and hopeful for a while. Any suggestions?
