This is rouuughhhh. I miss the era of this series where things actually happened. For a non-KU author is sure feels like JLA thinks she gets paid by the page. Why am I 300 pages in and only 2 plot events have happened? People tell whole stories in 300 pages yet this one has been 200 pages of just filler. I don’t need a play by play of every second.

This is a DNF for me. It’s too predictable and cookie cutter.

This has made me laugh out loud multiple times already; but the grammar is so bad. Quotes are closed off and split into multiple quotes when the same person is saying something back to back. There’s also no lines to signify time jumps in chapters.

Oh my god- this is NOT a slow burn and the burn just BURNED so good. 10/10

Not loving the “big reveal” feels a little underwhelming. Also idk if Fisher is redeemable in my eyes. I accept he was ⚠️Spoilers⚠️ being a massive dick on purpose, but how can we be sure Saeris doesn’t have Stockholm?

This book is like the best versions of ACOTAR & FBAA had a baby with the most unique plot and setting and I am SO HERE for it. This is how you use popular themes without copy and pasting. THIS is a good story
