I love the occult aspect and the characters are well drawn out thus far.

It's very interesting for a word lover.

Loving it so far even while I struggled over the first 7 pages. We'll see how it goes.

I'm still struggling to get time to settle down and read at my normal rate of passed years. But this year has been difficult. I am now my mother's full time care giver and does she like to talk when she sees me with a book. ha ha. But when she sleeps I sneak in a few pages. Now I've got her in a routine, maybe I can catch up before December.

I haven't read any books in May. My mother is horribly ill and is just now starting to recover from a heart/ lung ailment. So maybe this weekend I can get caught up. It has been hectic and scary. I'll try to catch up soon.

Okay thus far, but worried at times it might get too preachy in future pages.

I am enjoying this book!! It might be my favorite read of 2020. We'll see.

Only part way through and it is really getting to me. Hope the rest is worth it. I paid a big chunk to buy it.

I usually don't get into fantasy laced with romance, but this one has me caught in it's intriguing web and it doesn't seem to want to let me go. I might have new favorite series which is rare for me too, but this gift from a friend grabbed me right away.

I am not DNF ing this book, it's going back on the shelf temporarily, so I can buddy read three books with my niece.

I'm enjoying this gentle little book so far and the characters she has met.
