This book is very powerful. While Cilka goes through tremendous challenges, she overcomes them with such strength and resilience. She demonstrates amazing selflessness and kindness to others through all of these experiences. At the end of the book, I felt hope and joy that the human spirit can overcome such obstacles and be optimistic about the future.
