On track for a 5* review!

Feels like the book lots of other urban fantasy books are trying to be.

It's queer and quiet - by that, I mean it's riddled with gay and trans characters but without being, in any way, preachy or dull. It's just handled so perfectly.

The mystery is unfolding nicely, too. So excited to see how it ends - the hump of the the third quarter draws near.

So far, so excellent. A tonic for the burnt out soul.

Remarkably good. Can't believe this isn't well known.
