Ok this book, while still not my favorite, has me invested! I am almost screaming at Donna! Like-what. a. bitch! And Mike! Don’t get me started on Mike! Mike needed the crap beat outta him! Maybe it’s my trauma getting triggered but I am livid! Ok rant over I gotta get back to this drama.

The response to the MMC being a pharmacist, “it felt harder than being a doctor for some reason” 🙄 ummm what?! I’m only like 18 pages in so I’m hoping it gets better because so far ick

My comfort read while waiting on baby to get here. It’s amazing how I feel reading this for the third time and it’s just as incredible as the first time! ✨🏔️💙

Trying to enjoy this, normally I would gobble up anything remotely Scottish but so far I’m just not loving this. The plot so far is super clique (coming from someone who watches too many Romcoms) and the main character Alice is super annoying. She’s so whiny and prone to angry outbursts. Not vibing with her so far.

Happy release day!!! So mad that I didn’t get to devour all of this on release day, but schoolwork kept me so busy 😭 At least it will help me savor this book!
