I’m not quite sure what all happened but I enjoyed wandering through it. A collection of interrelated short stories. Several stories within a bigger story. My favorite was the man in the ghost town. I felt it fell short of any type of final resolution but I believe that was the point as this was referenced more than once in the stories that there isn’t ever a clear ending.

Great book with solid characters.

Excellent book of one man’s personal journey from poverty and a dysfunctional family life to graduation from Yale law school and a stable home life. Some won’t read it because of the difficult subject matter (which includes child abuse) or political bias. This is well worth reading as powerful

It was pretty good. An engaging story but felt characters could have used more development.

This is the wrong book.
