Rereading so I can finally start Onyx Storm without being confused.

I want to like this because it's a banned book and I want to read it. But listening to the 16yo MMC (and, as such, the author) describe the 16yo FMC's body is terrible. Nobody thinks the "curve of an ankle" is sexy. Stop it.

Gonna try to finish this but we'll see how much more I can take.

Feels like a slow start to this one but my hopes are high now that Raihn has made an appearance.
