Slow beginning so far, however I usually don't have time to sit down and read a couple chapters at a time. I have heard it is a good book.

Was as good as I remembered. It is slow starting out, but granted, hopefully it will speed up soon.

Rereading this one as well. Very excellent so far. Book has been slow but it is only the beginning.

The book is such a change from the last book I read. Such a good change. Only 12 pages in and it's drawn me way in and makes me want to read all the books.

My goal now is just to finish this book. Has a storyline but takes too long to get anywhere.

Thus book is so weird and violent. Jeez.

Slowest moving book ever. Not even a hint of plot yet. Down to 3 stars unless it can get better quick!

Really don't like the way the author crosses out her thoughts. Seems amateurish.

Almost done! Considering changing it to 4 stars again, it's picking up again. We will see with the last two hundred pages.

There is officially too much going on in here. I am giving this a 3, unless it can get better in the 200 last pages. It is dragging. I'm further than 50% and yet more plot and confusing characters are being introduced. Just end already!

You know, people keep coming up to me and telling me what a good book/series this is and I don't see it. Maybe I'm slightly more prone to my add, but it's not speaking to me. Granted, it does have a brilliant plot and it's good in that sense, but I'm having a real fight with wanting to put it down forever. It is on the edge of almost 3 stars. Get better, book!

Slowly but surely. Starting to go off on a tangent and introducing it to more characters. Started to give it a 3 but I'll stick at 4 for a little. If it starts dragging again though, sol to you, book!

Finally, some action is revealed through this novel, thank goodness! It's going by a lot faster, however until it gets more interesting, it will still remain at a 4. Very good writing, haven't completely tossed the book aside so that's a good sign.

It's still picking up. However, at this moment, it's still at 4 stars. Still hasn't entirely blew me out of the water yet!

Definitely moving faster and nowhere to the middle yet. But no big. I've gotta go work anyway, so until later tonight!

All the characters seem to be settling for now, but it's definitely better. I like it.

It's definitely picked up a little bit, of course after Michael told me he was going to introduce a billion characters, they are finally sticking with a small few. Will attempt to read more at lunch.

Indeed the book is moving faster now. But I must go to the work that we all need to do. Wanting to read more of this book!

Omg at least it's moving a little quicker. Not by much though. I refuse to let this damn book beat me! Hopefully it gets better.

Been playing video games all day and reading. It's finally picking up, kind of. Still forming the plot and is moving kind of slow, but I'm not giving up on this novel, dang it!

The intro was very slow. Hopefully the book gets better as I move it along.
