The writing is good but as a gay black man idk how I feel about a straight white woman writing an MM interracial omegaverse where the omega is black and the alpha is a white man…it gives white saviorism and unconsciously instilling harmful stereotypes. AGAIN the writing is good but idk I would be remiss to not acknowledge this

This book is so good. I can’t believe I waited so long to read this when is literally me if I was able to go ham on people when they tested me. I feel so seen by the way Rin carries herself the experiences she’s going through and I am loving this story.

The book is really good so far. Even though the driving plot didn’t truly start until the midpoint. VE Schwab has a way of keeping you entertained even when “nothing” is happening. Color me impressed. I’m excited to see how she’ll end this
