I don't know why this book turned up at my place of work a month before its publication date but I'm not complaining! I love Matthew <3

Look I enjoy a good bit of banter as much as the next person but this book is seriously crying out for some sincerity. I'm so emotionally uninvested guys.

Just got taken out of the text by the writers claiming to put on gloves before handling a rare book at the Bodleian. Are they misremembering? Because I doubt the Bod has different practices to the UL re: handling rare books. Straight from the mouth of our conservation department, it's better to handle them with (clean!) bare hands, because you're less likely to damage the delicate pages that way.

I found them. The most adorable couple of pages in the entire history of fiction. If this scene is not adapted Jacob Tierney I will be in your WALLS.

I might regret audiobooking this at work next week oops
