I like books. But between the NAB policy and having my librarian status revoked without so much as a decent explanation or an acknowledgement that I've held the status for seven years I'm really starting to hate this site.

Please vote for this if you agree. The idea is to remove the restrictions on short stories via sites like Prolific Works to allow us to list them on our bookshelves. NAB Policy Update

Are you freaking kidding me right now? <spoiler> How the hell do you kill off one of the main characters? The best main character! </spoiler> I kind of just want to put this down now.

The last few times I've tried to start this I just couldn't bring myself to. I don't know why I had this idea of Snow White but I did and it was just making me shy away - Snow White was never my favourite fairy tale. But it's nothing like that and this book is freaking awesome. I love Shanti! The Honour Guard is adorable. And the humour is wicked.
