Sister Disha reminds me of a character from the Rise of Kyoshi and I hope she sticks around ti keep Roku grounded. I love how the traits of each nation always come out through observation and reactions. It will be interesting to see how Disha teaches Roku to let go as he becomes the Avatar.

Since the sequel to this came out this week, I skipped the Kyoshi sequel and the Yang Chen books 😅 I absolutely love Roku and he bas always been my favorite Avatar. I am SO EXCITED to learn about bis journey and his path to becoming a legendary Avatar in his own unique way. And getting Sozin right away as Roku departs gets me so excited to see how their relationship develops and plays out!

This is such a fun adventure with unexpected twists and turns along the way!

Never read the original series of this before and am excited to learn what Easter eggs I have been missing all these years.

I love how connected the DC universe is. Being able to reflect on these stories coming out in real time and how they expanded and evolved their universe is so nostalgic and makes me so excited to read a good superhero story.

I love this book so much and reading it as a kid was such a quick fun read!

I love the world this run takes you into,it really gives JLU the animated series vibes and takes me back to collecting this story one issue at a time. 😬

Loved reading this the first time and the hype behind it. And I always love how they tie in previous stories, ESPECIALLY the Court of Owls!
