Remarkable. A must read.

I didn’t realize this was one of her early books, and a fable. It read more like an amateur writer and I was confused why I wasn’t connecting with it at all. Everything else I’ve read by her has been great, not so much on this one.

This was a hard one for me. He has a way of writing that is so poignant, the heartache was constant in this one. He lost me a bit in the asides from other planets, and I still feel a little gut punched. But I’m glad to have spent time with these characters.

Always enjoy these Greek Myths, although this one was particularly heartbreaking. Was a page turner for me, and I couldn’t put it down.
