Okay, I was either way out of it when I was reading the first book or this is just way better. Wow, chapter three was phenomenal!

Gotta say, I’m pleasantly surprised. I like how it develops these characters from the first book and am curious to see where it goes.

The chemistry in this book has gotten really fantastic. It also may have some of the worst continuity I’ve read in a book. Ah well, just enjoying the vibes at least.

It’s generic to say about a YA book, but this is really cute. I still got a lot of problems with it, but it succeeds at being a fun, light Christmas story.

Okay, things have picked up a little. I can’t say that the plot is any good or that the characterization really lines up, but perhaps this can be a good vibes book. It’s got a good tone and some good jokes.

This book has its charms, but I cannot think of a book that is so sloppy or emotionally false. Either I’m missing something or something went terribly wrong in the making of this thing.

It’s got a good, lighthearted vibe so far, but there’s also a lot of bland, generic choices. I’m enjoying myself so far but I’m hoping it gets better too.

This book’s got plenty of flaws, and it’s not going to win any points for originality, but I’m having plenty of fun all the same.

This…is pretty good actually. There’s effective dread and the writing is pretty impressive. The only complaint I have so far is that nothing here is super original, but if the ride’s fun then I can overlook that. Hopefully the book keeps it up.
