Why is Wren suddenly acting like an idiot, not even thinking that Cross could be in terrible danger?? I may be DNFing if she doesnt get her shit together in the next 40ish pages. So far I hate her and this book. For everyone who compared this to Hunger Games, not only are you wrong, but you deserve a throat punch. I am disliking this about as much as I despised Fourth Wing.

I am already annoyed by a few characters but I'm hoping its just that initial second book syndrome introduction
