This book started with a series of yes/no questions and coin toss answers. After several pages of this, I grew impatient, looked at other reviews to see how many others found the format tedious, and found that my sentiments were not uncommon. That did it for me. I quit reading this never-gazing drivel.

This is a very good book. Takes me into the mind of the character. Fascinating! I keep reading because i want to know what will happen next and learn more about his life.

Just a few pages in, and so far, so good.

I began reading this on my sister's kindle and wasn't sure when it was written. I thought it might be an old story, written decades ago. I was surprised to learn it was published just a few years ago. Too many religious references for my taste and the characters are not developed enough. Also, at this point, I can see where the story is going and the "voice" of the author is not compelling enough for me.
