So this is captivating, but like I don’t love it, but I can‘t stop reading it.

Currently reading the poetry of the bible. It’s incredibly repetitive (Job) and I want to see the conclusion or the morality behind the story, but so far it’s just Job having a terrible life and not believing in God anymore.

It’s a little sad that from the beginning of mankind we were evil and easily led to temptation.

I feel bad for not enjoying it so far…🥲

I am unsure about this, I will read to page 50 and decide whether it’s worth my time.

I’m not sure if I want to read a book that describes a 14 year old’s nipples as perky…

I’m not sure about the writing style and I already feel overwhelmed with the world-building…

This book and the movement behind it has changed my life. It’s a yearly re-read for me.

I love reading about women of a different era, how incredibly insightful.

The main character is the most insufferable manipulative woman. I hope her husband leaves her.

I have found a new favourite I believe, this has been such a pleasant and unexpected read.

The main character is such a dumb manipulative liar and she thinks her husband is the issue💀

As expected, "men are bad" "being a housewife is oppressive and your husband will abuse you"…The writing style is really fun to read though, so I will keep reading to see where it goes.
