Not for me at all ..too hard to follow really had no interest in any characters .. the storyline gets lost in all the haphazard bits

Breaking my heart .. trying to finish but it is hard . Beautifully written but tearing my heart apart

Can not finish this as it is too depressing... I liked his other books but this leaves me cold. Not enjoyable at all

Not good ... boring as hell ... so returning it to the library ... plot so far ... Paul ( druggie ) takes E .. has bad trip .. gives pills to others .. one bloke dies,.. then Paul searches for his sister ... so dreadful... not even fun to read... so that is all my time wasted.. yuk

Read 60 pages so far and nothing grabs me.. boring so far ... characters I do not care for and plot is slim... will it get better ...?..

Getting quite bored with this .. Slow plot .. Characters I do not much like .. Sick of reading about any drug story .. Although this is minor .. Will I finish this ? Who knows ?? Need something to happen .. Less dialogue

Am really enjoying this .. A fast paced read. Interesting characters .. Small town .. Good fun

Started off quite well but now last 100 pages of dribble .. How many times can a man and woman meet for an affair .. Bit over it ..

Such an unusual read. Am enjoying this book. A great deal : strange characters : weird plot that is unpredictable : quite refreshing

Interesting and quite unusual - compelling at the moment / several stories - one about a boy 15 who runs away from home - one about a man who talks to cats - and a mystery about children who fall asleep on an excursion to pick mushrooms .

Lots of intricate stories that Spanish different times

Read the prologue and already love this book!!! Can't wait to get into it.

Quite enjoying the old fashioned style. There is a sense of formality in this that is pleasant.
