"Excepts from Understanding Power" is a good collection of interviews understanding power. The titles in this chapter explain what he talks about. The chapter can be summed up as "Understanding Power". Provides good arguments for his opinions although he is unbased is some areas, but I guess you cant agree with Chomskboi on everything.

Notes on anarchism (as far as I've read) is quite a useful library of quotes from different authors (like Marx, Bakunin, Engels, Rocker, Guèrin etc..) which sums up what anarchism is, what libertarianism is and what communism is and also the differences between primarily anarchism and communism.
