Umm wow this book rates as the most cheesy, the writing is terrible, but it is still strangely readable. I figure it is so bad it's good. We'll maybe not good, but amusing anyway.

Damn. Just realised this is by Jessica Valenti. I just finished another book of hers and was not really a fan. Well I guess I have to give it a shot. Listening to the audio book and I don't get another credit until the end of the month.

Another vampire book club book. Reading through probably at least 6 months too late. So far it seems to be supernatural porn. I think this is the last one they did on goodreads too, so will have to find a new book club

After an amazing start to the series, I am quite disappointed in this book. I'm struggling to get though it.

I've had this on my to read pile for a while. It was the group read Jan this year from memory. At this point I think I am going to devour this series.

Ok, I think I'm done with this series. Just try to reach the end of the novel. Too juvenile (yes I realise it is young adult, but it isn't one that adults can still enjoy).

Really don't know what to make of the author. He does kind of come across as a bit of a /$#@ in parts. It can come across as sexist, or as if the author has an inflated ego. In other parts it is almost the opposite. I'm trying to pass off much of it as "cultural" and "different era" (although it wasn't published too long ago). See how I go with the rest.

Yep, I'll agree with the other reviewers. This book is kind of bugging me.

Well that was about the worst love scene in a book ever! I picked up where I left off yesterday and found myself in the middle of it. Convinced I must have skipped a chapter somehow I turned back to the previous page. Nope all good. So I read through it and found myself cringing at it. Her other books do it well, I don't know what happened here

Ummm yeah. Probably should have guessed from the title, but this seems to be a little less paranormal romance and a lot more paranormal bonking.

Ugh back down to 2 stars

Ok it has gotten better. I'ld say from 1.5 stars to 3.5. Lets see how this plays out

I'm only 8% done, but already feel like she is saying the same thing over and over. Another 92% of this... Really?... I've got the audio book version. I imagine if it was in print I would have given up by now.
