You can look up words you don’t know in kindle- how did I not know this until now. So many Spanish words for wordsmith in this book. Excited to randomly bring this new vocabulary into my future conversations 😂

Reading this as an ARC! So far so good although I’ve had to remind myself what color periwinkle really is like six times

It turns out that this is my max about of POVs to keep track of while enjoying a book. If something happens to the dog I will riot.

It turns out kindle lets you look up translations for words, which is helpful because how many different Spanish words can there possibly be for swordsman?!? I’ll finish this book in maybe 10 years. Will Wilder be hotter in the Spanish version? TBD.

Help I found a self help book I actually vibe with

This randomly showed up at my house one day, and it took me forever to figure out who sent it to me. I’m not usually a self help book girl for so many reasons, but I’m really loving this one so far.

I’m not feeling this right now so putting back on the shelf for a hot second

Going to start giving myself a point every time the following happens:
1. Text points out how revealing her clothes are
2. Someone gets turned on in a weird setting
3. FMC does something stupid
4. MMC thinks about how tiny and hot and fragile FMC
5. “Muscular biceps” mentioned at a weird time

Haven’t decided what prizes I’ll give myself yet, but it’s how I’m going to finish this. Targeting that 80%!

This is giving “written in 2005” vibes. I will finish this. I will not DNF this.

Picturing an 80% netgalley rating to keep me motivated…..

Am I reading the same book that everyone posted about?! It’s 750 pages long and I think we could cut it by about 60% and be fine.

It’s giving the emotional maturity of twilight but the horniness of fourth wing
