Started reading it because I like the author and it popped up on my audiobook recommendations on Spotify. Did not expect to be diving in to a book about how kids these days are being harmed by smart phones and social media.

Also did not then expect this topic to be so fascinating, but it absolutely is. While it is focused on the impact on the younger generation, it has many wider implications for my generation too.

It’s tough going, a bit difficult to get through, but I keep forcing myself to come back because I see there is valuable stuff in here.
