This book is so horny and the women are all just sex objects and I shouldn't be surprised because there's a Bret Easton Ellis rec on the back And it's on par with American Psycho (minus the murder and the rat)

In 2009 I picked up this book from the classroom bookshelf, read the first chapter, and put it back. I told my friend Artemis was just really mean. I think I've healed enough to read this book now.

There's some whackadoodle ideological worldbuilding in here and idk if that's my thesis brain talking or it actually being a part of this world and I am standing tentatively on the edge of a precipice hoping there's not spikes down there.
