Age gaps actually give me the ick so I don’t know what I’m doing here

I started reading this months ago and took a long break so I came on Goodreads to o see what my updates were only to realize I never even marked it as currently reading

It tone reminds me a lot of the Umbrella Academy

I think the author thinks I’m an idiot that can only understand the message if it is spoon fed to me

It’s taking me so long to read this because it makes me so anxious since this is a book with real stakes!!

This is a fanfiction of the huger games but removed all of the meaningful bits and the motivation and instead added lust. Really hard to get through this

Yeah so far this book should’ve stayed in the drafts

They said there is no where open at 4 am for breakfast in Georgia and I think that is offensive to Waffle House

Just looked up a picture of this man and it might’ve ruined the book for me. Like girl I’m begging you to raise your standards

I love some good foreshadowing that still makes you gasp when it’s finally revealed

I genuinely thought how can this story possibly go on and then it proceeded to get 1000 times better

I’m listening to the graphic audiobook and it’s split in two parts. Pretty good so far. The accent was hard to understand at first.

Seeing the popular highlights on kindle is torture because what do you mean 15,814 people thought this cringey dialogue was worth highlighting???

This family is a bit odd…

This writing style makes me feel like I’m having a stroke. I had to go look up if it was normal or if my kindle download had corrupted or something.

Weirdly introduced the father for the first time in the book even though he has been there before. I don’t know why time has been wasted telling us the name of this man because his actions are just summarized into one sentence and then he disappears again because the budget wasn’t big enough for another speaking character

Eat the rich still applies

Michelin stars don’t work like hotel stars

The author doesn’t seem to be very good at describing fights in a believable way so it just kinda looks like one person randomly escalates a normal conversation

Cameron is just really annoying me so it’s hard to finish

My main complaint is it is incredibly obvious how this is going to end and it has been from the beginning. Maybe I’ll be wrong and I’m not sure if that would be good or bad.
