life only starts to make sense when you realize that sometimes - often - all the time - two completely contradictory ideas can be true.
Everything that led up to you was wrong.
Therefore, you should not have been born.
But everything about you is right: you had to be born.
You were inevitable.

this whole incident is a metaphor for life in general: things get broken, and sometimes they get repaired, and in most cases, you realize that no matter what get damaged, life rearranges itself to compensate for your loss, sometimes wonderfully.

My professor of “social media and politics” class has assigned this book as a mandatory read for the first week. Never in my life have I been this grateful that I am still in school, taking classes and have time to read books like this as my main responsibility/work in life😅🙏🏻

I love the depth and the variation of characters in this one. A subtle gender swap throughout the entire story is delightful as well. I particularly enjoyed reading about this male character who has multiple layers of personalities (why are this mostly females?) and I like like like reading about (and imagining) that such men actually (might) exist.
