This book has me in a chokehold

Second night in a row this book has kept me up until 1 am. What crack do they put in this book!?! Started it off thinking it felt too mid, wasn’t gonna hold my attention. Now I don’t even want to go to bed, I just want to keep reading!

Oh good, we’ve added another destructive layer to the suffering in this book. Can Cyrus just catch a break already?!? Omg my bb 😭

This reread is teaching me I was an impatient jerk the first time I read this, I am loving all the side plots.

I want to dnf but I’m far enough in that I have to have this count towards my reading goal. Maybe it’s not as bad as I think it is but like what does one even find enjoyable after reading Alchemised?!

So far this book is making me wish I DNF’d more often but I’m too deep in it now. The writing is very cringe.

Finally on part 3 and I KNOW this book is gonna DESTROY me.

Everything that made no sense in the beginning and felt so boring to read makes way more sense after reading part 2. I must say this reading order is worth it
