This book has been really helpful in understanding a whole lot of different factors that affect emotions and also what happens when we suppress and run away from our emotions. It also has great reflection questions that help you think about your own self but also helps you figure out how to help others.

Never read an epistolary before aside from the ones in the Bible. Loving the book so far - Makes me wonder maybe while we’re in this pandemic I could write to people and revive the ol snail mail. My friends are in lockdown. Maybe they’ll appreciate receiving something by post.

I would like to believe I woke up at 4am to get a chance to read. Also thankful to the spontaneous trip to the bookshop yesterday!151021
