This is good. Complex and intense world building. I’ve kinda missed reading fantasy where I have to flip back and forth between a glossary and maps. That to me is so much fun. Plus I can tell I’m about to get into the “good stuff” now that I’ve got my footing and bearings.

Oh…this is going to be a heavy, painful, and probably life changing read…

I never realized how often Feyre’s bowels turn watery until this re-read…someone get this woman some Imodium.

This book has me in its claws! I read Daughter of No Worlds and I liked it but the pace of this book is more of my style.

I love Oraya and I don’t typically care for the protagonist in romantasy novels, I tend to stick around for plot and this has both for me so far.

It does remind me a lot of From Blood and Ash but there aren’t any slow periods for me so far!
