In general a great book, however I don't agree with the attempt to claim this movement towards self awareness of ourselves as being part of a greater whole as being attributable to feminism and queer theory. In my opinion this is something far beyond all that, and such attempts are only new attempts to weaponise what is happening in the interests of a section of the people, whoever they are.
