Progress pt 3

We fight to not be seen as weak. But Jesus entered willingly into childhood weakness through Mary’s labor, and adulthood weakness at the crucifixion.

Weakness is not to be met with derision or superiority but with gentleness. Strength is to be used to honor and meet the needs of the weak.

We don’t have a “why” for the pain, but it does have a “when” with an end.

The paradox: acknowledging that men and women have different needs and the desire to be treated equally in all things

Been an interesting listen on a long car ride.
Some of the ideas that have stuck out so far:

The intricacy of human bodies speaks to God’s purposefulness and skill.

Our bodies are well suited for our purposes as humans “Be fruitful and subdue the earth” and “go make disciples”
