tabling this book for now. even as a graphic novel, it’s a lot

for once, i don’t agree with the female protagonist of this story, but you are given both perspectives of the story. Luke is definitely not the asshole Nora thinks he is.
but i AM glad Nora is as strong a character as she is.

i realize this is almost identical to my last read, but it’s longer and the terms of their “fake” marriage are different. also on kindle for $.99.

in my research now i have found that harlequin has varying levels of sexy time in their subcategories of romance novels. this one is not immediately dirty like the blaze one i read last, which hit you like a load of bricks.

i have so many books i want to read, and am lucky enough to currently own quite a few that are on my list.
i read the first chapter of Wild Beauty before i started The Night Circus, and will eventually end up reading it fully.
i’m also interested in reading Blindness, Like Water for Chocolate, One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Peach Keeper, and The Bell Jar soon. So hard to choose!!

it’s getting sooo gooooooddddd

this book was recommended to me by a dear college friend, and i started it the same day it was recommended, as i had already placed a hold on it a few days before. it was meant to be. i'm only on pg. 120 and i am OBSESSED. it's all i can think about. can't wait to get home and continue reading.
