I'm learning that stress/tension/anger are probably making me more susceptible to frozen shoulder, on top of the hypothyroidism and perimenopause. Add in post covid inflammation, and it all makes sense. This guy is a little woo, but has some emotional healing techniques, anti-inflammatory tips, a medical description of what's happen in each of the 4 phases, and hopefully I can speed things along and heal.
