I’m looking for book recommendations, please!

I’ve recently finished «Madonna in a Fue Coat» and «Yesteryear», but they didn’t move me in the way I had expected. My favourite read of last year was Katriona O’Sullivan’s «Poor» — wow; so raw and emotional.

«The Vegetarian» is next on my list, but I think I may need to step away from fiction for a little bit. Open to recommendations! x

I used to think people who read multiple books at once were villains… Then I discovered audiobooks.
Now I read and listen. I menace.

finding it a bit difficult to adjust to the longer, stream-of-consciousness sentences — definitely a shift from the more concise, structured writing I’m used to
