I am very much enjoying this book. I just listened to an excellent book talk by the author from September 2014. Here's the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_co...

The video isn't well tagged, so, a simple google or youtube search might not identify it.

This book is fantastic. Of all the books I’ve read trying to sort out the forces driving the increasing polarization and instability in Western societies, this is one of the most illuminating; its right up there with David Goodhart’s “The Road to Somewhere”.

Huh. I am finding it hard to continue reading this book - for lack of interest. I loved the earlier books in the series. Given that and the positive reviews and ratings from other reviewers, I will stick with it for a few more chapters.

Hmmm. This book is dragging for me a bit. I'm finding the interaction between Bill & Kim and the new folks less engaging than in previous books. And, the musing upon what was wrong with the 'old' society and how to build a better one is also getting a bit stale.
